Lahti pelikortit (eng. "Lahti playing cards") are part of a series of playing card decks made to promote various Finnish towns and advertise their local services. The services listed in the Lahti deck in particular seem to mostly be oriented towards industry and vehicle services. Almost every company lists a fax number, and only a small few have a website, none of which are functional anymore.

Dating these decks comes down to researching the companies advertised on them. I had arrived at the 1999–2001 window for two reasons: one company had their email service with Iobox, which was a Finnish email provider from 1999 to 2008, which gives us the earliest verifiable date. On the other hand, another company had ceased operations in 2001, meaning that it is very unlikely for them to advertise past this year.

I do not know under what circumstances these decks were distributed, or how many there are in total.
